# Castle of Dreams **Status:** live working room since 2026-10-17. **Diagram drawn:** 2026-10-20. One orchestrator and five specialists. You write into the room; Echidna plans the work, hands it to the witch whose remit fits, and reviews what comes back. Each witch is a full Hermes profile with its own skills, memory, config and ledger under `/opt/data/profiles/<name>/`, so no specialist carries the orchestrator's context. ![[castle-of-dreams.png]] ## Members | Bot | Remit | Hands back | | --- | --- | --- | | **Echidna** (`default`) | Front door and orchestrator: plans, routes, reviews. Also owns presentation copy (resume, LinkedIn, letters, website). | The answer you actually see. | | **Satella** | Research: current and original sources. Writes neither the vault nor the wiki. | A cited briefing with uncertainty, counter-evidence and open gaps stated. | | **Typhon** | Verification: each claim checked against its source, still-live checks before you act. | A verdict, and a re-test of the exact case when a defect is reported. | | **Daphne** | Librarian: vault writes, indexes, retrieval, and the health log. May edit only `#AI` notes or notes inside `Echidna/`. | Filed notes and the entry she was asked for. | | **Carmilla** | Media: images, narration, audio, video. Verifies every artifact first. | Exact file paths, with a line on what each artifact shows. | | **Sekhmet** | Automation: cron jobs, scripts, the local browser, backups. | A diagnosis and a proposal; nothing is scheduled until Echidna approves. | ## Not in this room - **Petelgeuse**: the fast lookup lane, in **The Manor** beside Echidna. Pinned to web, bot room and clarify with memory off, so a one-shot lookup cannot drift. One search, one skill, one question. - **Minerva**: health bot, retired 2026-10-13. Her remit moved to Daphne; the profile is archived and revivable. ## Lanes - All six run `deepseek-flash` on DeepSeek direct. - Output cap: Echidna 32,768 tokens, each witch 16,000. - A group room holds 2 to 6 members. The other live room is The Manor (Echidna plus Petelgeuse); The Sanctuary is the earlier single-room layout, kept for its history. **Source:** the diagram was built as HTML at `/opt/data/notes/diagrams/castle-of-dreams.html`, then rendered to `castle-of-dreams.png` in this folder.
